Thieves!

When I contacted for a quote, the persons I dealt with on the phone were very nice and professional. On the other side, the movers were the total opposite. The first crew of movers did an excellent job loading the vehicle in a timely manner. HOWEVER, when they were through, they were dissatisfied with the tip I gave them; one of them told me that they usually got $40 per person. I'd given each of the three guys $20. They loaded the vehicle in less than two hours. When my goods arrived, two boxes containing my son's sneakers and shoes were missing. The entire loss is approximately $1000, and all they can pay me is 60 cents per pound. RIDICULOUS!! I'm going to take them to small claims court!

Professional movers

This company provided us with a precise estimate at a very reasonable price. We came to an agreement on a flat rate. The three-bedroom apartment was rapidly packed and loaded. The transfer itself was quick, and the three gentlemen were courteous and considerate. After unpacking the furniture, they removed all tape and cartons and put it into their vehicle. At the very least, I anticipated to discover some scrapes on the furniture. There were no marks or scratches, though. Wonderful! They also conserved the condition of our new home's floor and walls. It was unquestionably a joyful experience. I would strongly suggest it.

Missing items

I was quoted with an initial price of about $1800, and after my stuff started to get loaded, it jumped to $3600, and before they said my list was incorrect, like I saw them say before I got an email with every item listed. Two months after my delivery, my table bolts and my bench seat are still missing. The delivery guys were so rude and made me feel uncomfortable all the time.

Great move

I moved from New York to San Francisco, and everything went flawlessly. The price I was offered was very reasonable low enough to make me a little nervous. But Alex was awesome, and I loved how much he priced every single item that made it easier to decide whether to take the weather or leave it behind.

Professional service

Active Moving is a great mover. I have been given an estimate by Ivan. He was very honest and friendly. Anna was helpful and efficient in the office. The movers who came to my house were very professional and polite and careful with my stuff. I highly recommend Active to anyone who moves to North Carolina.

Definitely would use again

They arrived on time and took great care of my furniture, and they also helped me pack my personal items and kitchen stuff. They repacked my horribly mirrors and TVs, too, and never charged extra for that. The shipment arrived less than a week from now. No delays, no damages.

Excellent service

Alex and Vlad were awesome! They've made an excellent and professional move for us this week. No delays, no damage and great packing and crate skills! I was very concerned about our paintings and artwork, but they packed it so nicely! There are also no complaints about the administrative part of the service. Our sales representative was very helpful and forward-looking.
