Fairly long relocation.

I did not choose this firm, but they were provided by 123 Moving and Storage to complete my relocation (avoid them too). When they arrived to take up my goods, they requested three times the amount quoted. During the relocation, they caused damage to the flooring and walls. I had to keep walking behind them from room to room because even though I stated everything was to leave, there would be a chair, a lamp, or a box left behind in a room that was supposed to be finished. They wanted a gratuity once the truck was loaded, and I felt as though my stuff was being held, hostage. Many of my items were broken when they finally came, and I was missing a kitchen chair (I sent 4 and only received 3). I now see why this company has a rating of F on the BBB website
